As most of you know Valentine's day was the day that my husband had his surgery, but for the kids it was Valentine's day, and the 100th day of school. We never did get to helping Dorothy make a project. Dennis was suppose to but with the accident and him putting if off he didn't get to it, but he did help them make some awesome valentine holders that I looked up for them.
Deanna with her masterpiece.
Here is a close up picture of it.
When they brought them home Dennise cut a hole in the back so they could get their goodies out.
Here is Dorothy with hers.

These are the Valentines we made for the kids in Dorothy's classroom.
On the Valentine it says Here is a Sweet tooth for you. Happy Valentines Day! From Dorothy. Attached was a toothbrush, from my Colgate teaching kit, a book and toothpaste were also included.
Here you see both Valentine's boxes.
The girls love these so I just had to make them.
One for each of their classmates. We save all of our broken crayons to makes these muti-colored hearts to give on Valentine's day.
The girls had a good time at school. Dennis and I ended up having Burger King as he was in no shape to go in anywhere to eat, and it was too late to cook by the time we got home. The kids had already had pizza by the time we got home, so it was a simple dinner but nice that we could spend it together with our family. Happy Belated Valentines day from all of Marksville to you.
